Service Description

We design and support climate workforce pathways across environmental, clean-energy, and climate sectors for youth and adults, including trades and vocational careers (EV, solar, HVAC, welding, energy efficiency). We lead community-centered recruitment and readiness efforts, expanding awareness, access, and preparation for climate careers. We cultivate long-term youth and community stewardship, ensuring communities are engaged, prepared, and positioned to lead a just and sustainable climate future — within the communities we serve.
