We provide expert advisory, business coaching, and capacity-building support for MWBEs, climate entrepreneurs, and sustainability-focused startups. We help founders refine strategy, strengthen partnerships, activate growth pathways, and secure program and funding opportunities — advancing inclusive climate innovation and economic access — within the communities we serve.

Program Design & Community Engagement

We design and deliver culturally-relevant climate programs, creative engagements, and place-based activations that elevate underrepresented voices and make climate action relatable. Our events, workshops, and storytelling experiences build belonging, drive participation, and strengthen climate education and civic engagement. We design and support climate workforce pathways across environmental, clean-energy, and climate sectors for youth and adults, including trades and vocational careers (EV, solar, HVAC, welding, energy efficiency). We lead community-centered recruitment and readiness efforts, expanding awareness, access, and preparation for climate careers. We cultivate long-term youth and community stewardship, ensuring communities are engaged, prepared, and positioned to lead a just and sustainable climate future — within the communities we serve.
