Business Growth & Strategic Expansion: We provide tailored advisory services to minority-owned ventures, helping them scale their impact within the climate, sustainability, and social equity sectors. Our strategic services include operational development, funding navigation, framework building, business expansion guidance to explore new markets and scale services, and the creation of supportive networks and partnerships with private, local, and government entities. By grounding our approach in the principles of culture, creativity, and community, we support minority-led businesses in overcoming barriers, expanding their reach, and delivering transformative solutions for the communities they serve.
Cultural Engagement & Storytelling
Empowering Voices, Transforming Communities: We elevate the oral histories and community narratives of grassroots NGOs and environmental organizations through creative expression, ensuring that the voices of communities are heard, valued, and supported. We spotlight the intersection of Black lived experiences, creativity, and climate justice through grassroots storytelling, digital media, public art, and immersive experiences. Through platforms like our Black Girl Podcast, we center often-overlooked narratives, amplifying stories rooted in sustainability, wellness, social impact, and the arts.
Action Plan + Framework Building
Guiding Impact with Intention: Action Plan + Framework Building opportunity helps institutions and companies of all sizes collaboratively address inequity-gaps within the environment, daily-operations, and organizational leadership. We focus on generating overall organizational change through identifying barriers of exclusion, constructing methods or action plans to dismantle these barriers, and implementing accountability metrics for tracking and driving long-term progression and impact for communities served.
